We sincerely hope that everyone who has made a booking for our tours/stay will be able to participate. However, we understand that you may have to change your plans due to unavoidable reasons, even though you are looking forward to the tour/stay. In such cases, we will gladly reschedule your booking for another available tour/stay if you wish. Please contact us to arrange this.
- If you cancel your reservation, cancellation fees will be applied as follows:
Condition Fee If you cancel after 17:00 on the day before the tour or ‘no show’ 100% of the tour fee If you cancel after 17:00, 2 days prior to the tour date 50% of the tour fee If you cancel before 17:00, 2 days prior to the tour date No cancellation fee Cancellation Fee
We do not charge any cancellation fee when we decide to cancel the tour in advance due to adverse weather conditions. (Please note no refunds will be issued if the tour has started and is subsequently curtailed.

Weather Conditions for Tours
- We conduct all of our tours, rain or shine. In the event of rain, we will also provide rain gear.
- Tour fees will not be refunded should clients request cancellation due to rain on the day.
- If we decide to cancel our tour in advance due to adverse weather conditions, we will inform you via email by 19:00 on the day prior to the tour. Please check your email before you come.
- If you have any concerns about your booked tour, please contact us directly. Please be aware that cancellation of your tour on the day, or even during the tour, is possible for safety reasons due to rapid weather changes.
- Refunds will be made to credit card account used for booking.
- Cancellation fees (if due) will be charged at same time.
- Refund may not show up on credit card statement in same month as it’s processed depending on due date)
