Q. How do we get to the meeting point?

Q. Can we participate in the tour with children?

A. Yes, you can. Please enjoy the tour with your family.

Q. What is the parking situation?

A. There is a parking in the Hida City Office and a free parking behind the JR Hida Furukawa station.

Q. How do we make reservations for the tour?

A. you can reserve through this website, through our reservation form or call us at +81-577-73-5715

Q. What happens if it rains?

A.We conduct all of our tours rain or shine. In case of rain, we will provide rental options as rain suits. If we decide to cancel our tour due to the adverse weather conditions, we will inform you prior to the tour.

Q. What is the cancellation policy?

A. We will charge you with a cancellation fee if you cancel the tour within 72 hours for any reason. Please see the link below for the detail.

Q. What should I wear?

A. Please wear comfortable clothes appropriate for walking. Sneaker, having waterproof (especially in winter) is appropriate. Also, we recommend hat, gloves, windbreakers, and layered clothing in colder weather.
Also, please bring an umbrella in case of sudden rain during the tour.

Q. What do I do with my personal belongings?

A. We will keep your personal belongings in the reception area while you go on the tour. However, please note that we are not responsible for any damage or losses. Therefore, please bring your valuables with you on the tour.

Q. Can I join the tour even if I am the only one guest?

A. Absolutely!

Q. What is the restroom situation?

A. Unfortunately, we don’t have a restroom at the starting point of the tour. However, there are restrooms (western style) along the course.(Depending on the tour, there are no restroom on the way) We recommend that you use the restroom before you arrive.

Q. Is insurance included in the fee?

A. We have accident insurance premium included in our tour fee as required by law. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this.

Q. How can we pay?

A. You can pay online through your booking process with credit card. Please contact us if you have any difficulty to go through your payment. *We can accept VISA or MasterCard only.
