guests without dogs also use the room as well.

Terms of Service for Dog-Friendly Accommodation
<Check-in>
Time: 3 pm-6pm. * Our staff is away after 6pm, so please arrive by 6pm.
Place: SATOYAMA STAY NINO-MACHI (5 minutes away from TONO-MACHI)
*Please enter the building NINO-MACHI without dogs for checking-in since
NINO-MACHI is not designed as dog-friendly. You can park in front of NINO-
MACHI for a short time, so please understand that dogs should stay in the car
while checking-in.
<Check-out>
Time: 10am
*The check-out is 10am as we need an extra hour for cleaning a room with dogs.
Please lock the door of your room & entrance and let us know via Whatsapp
when you leave.

<Breakfast>
Breakfast will be prepared in a café lounge in TONO-MACHI at 8am.
Please take your breakfast to your room and enjoy. After the breakfast, please
leave the plates outside of the room.
For the guests who stay in the room T202,
The shared kitchen in the café lounge is available from 3pm to 9pm. (It is
available from 12pm to 9pm from the second day.)
Please understand that staff may use the spaces as well.
<Dinner>
We can recommend some to-go shops when you check-in.
You can use the kitchen in the café lounge to cook something easy or heat up
your food.
<Items for your dog>
We prepare the things below, but please bring his/her familiar items to stay
relaxed.
-water/food bowl
-a dog bed
-toilet tray & pee pads
-potty bag
-cleaning lint roller
-trash can with lid
For guests staying multiple nights, we do not provide daily cleaning service.
